Sypik Avatar is a combination of Sypik and world No. 6 Quang Duong. With the support of research and development by Mr. Quang Duc, Sypik Avatar for Quang Duong's strong attacking style, this will be a racquet with an all-out attacking inclination.

 

Sypik Avatar weighs 226.7 grams, which is suitable for power balls but still ensures flexibility. With a thickness of 16mm, the racket enhances stability and a better ball feel. The rectangular face construction with aerodynamic AeroFlex Edge edges reduces wind resistance, allowing for faster swing speeds and handling.

 

The surface of the Sypik Avatar uses high-grade T700 carbon material, which is known for its durability, vibration absorption and increased stability. This material creates an ultra-rough surface, which is ideal for annoying Topspin and Slice swirls. Spin hitting skills are further enhanced by UltraSpinX T700 4D technology, which increases ball retention and produces incredible roll spins.

 

The standard surface area combined with HyperZone SweetSpot technology helps to optimally expand the sweet spot, limit misses and improve performance. The 14.9 cm long handle allows for a firm grip with both hands, providing great support for shots that require high power and precision. • Sportsdeal Warranty Terms

1. ONLY Pickleball Paddles that are purchased from SPORTSDEAL are covered by a manufacturer warranty period starting from date of purchase.
2. Any and all claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
   
3. Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and claims by proxy will not be entertained.
   
4. SPORTSDEAL reserves the absolute right to assess any damage and whatever decision is concluded in regards to the warranty is final and non-binding.
   
5. Only defects caused due to manufacturing faults are covered under warranty.
   
6. Defects caused from normal usage of product, accidents, misuse, loss, neglect, modifications by unauthorised third parties are not covered by the warranty and claims that do regard issues such as these will be dismissed and the warranty void.

1. Fill in the Warranty Claim Form.

   1. A short video showcasing the defect.
   2. Receipt/Proof of purchase.
3. Visit our shop at SPORTSDEAL PJ @ DINK2 before your warranty ends. If you're at outstation or overseas then please ship the package to the below address:

4. Include a copy of your receipt in the parcel.
5. Once received the defective paddle, we will send to our manufacturer to proceed with further inspection.
6. You'll receive a confirmation within 2-4 weeks.

- Only paddles are eligible for warranty claims. 

- Any additional delivery / logistics cost is borne by the customer.

 

• In-store claims

1. Please bring your paddle with a valid receipt or proof of purchase to the respective branch.
2. You will be asked to fill in a warranty claim form.
3. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.
