Warranty Policy

Sportsdeal offers warranty support for products we retail, The process for warranty claims depends on the brand of the paddle.

  • Sportsdeal-Managed Warranty Support

           Sportsdeal handles warranty registration and claims for the following brands:

    • Joola
    • Franklin

For all other brands, please refer to the respective brand’s warranty policy and contact them directly for warranty claims.

 

  • Sportsdeal Warranty Terms

ONLY Pickleball Paddles that are purchased from SPORTSDEAL are covered by a 6 month manufacturer warranty period starting from date of purchase

Any and all claims must be submitted within the 6-month warranty period.

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and claims by proxy will not be entertained

SPORTSDEAL reserves the absolute right to assess any damage and whatever decision is concluded in regards to the warranty is final and non-binding.

Only defects caused due to manufacturing faults are covered under warranty. 

Defects caused from normal usage of product, accidents, misuse, loss, neglect, modifications by unauthorised third parties are not covered by the warranty and claims that do regard issues such as these will be dismissed and the warranty void

Provide proof of purchase from SPORTSDEAL

Submit detailed photos or videos showing the defect in an easy to identify way to assist with the warranty process

SPORTSDEAL will inspect and determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing
defect.

Upon confirmation, the paddle will then be either repaired or replaced accordingly
