ONLY Pickleball Paddles that are purchased from SPORTSDEAL are covered by a 6 month manufacturer warranty period starting from date of purchase

Any and all claims must be submitted within the 6-month warranty period.

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and claims by proxy will not be entertained

SPORTSDEAL reserves the absolute right to assess any damage and whatever decision is concluded in regards to the warranty is final and non-binding.

Only defects caused due to manufacturing faults are covered under warranty. 

Defects caused from normal usage of product, accidents, misuse, loss, neglect, modifications by unauthorised third parties are not covered by the warranty and claims that do regard issues such as these will be dismissed and the warranty void

Submit detailed photos or videos showing the defect in an easy to identify way to assist with the warranty process

SPORTSDEAL will inspect and determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing
defect.

Upon confirmation, the paddle will then be either repaired or replaced accordingly

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch.
