• Sportsdeal Warranty Terms

1. ONLY Pickleball Paddles that are purchased from SPORTSDEAL are covered by a manufacturer warranty period starting from date of purchase.
2. Any and all claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
   
3. Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and claims by proxy will not be entertained.
   
4. SPORTSDEAL reserves the absolute right to assess any damage and whatever decision is concluded in regards to the warranty is final and non-binding.
   
5. Only defects caused due to manufacturing faults are covered under warranty.
   
6. Defects caused from normal usage of product, accidents, misuse, loss, neglect, modifications by unauthorised third parties are not covered by the warranty and claims that do regard issues such as these will be dismissed and the warranty void.
   
7. For paddles sold with promotional discount of 20% or higher as well as paddles purchased on third party platforms (ie. Shopee, Lazada), the warranty may not apply or may be valid for only one month.

 

• Sportsdeal Warranty Process

1. Fill in the Warranty Claim Form.
2. Email sportsdealasia.cs@gmail.com with :
   1. A short video showcasing the defect.
   2. Receipt/Proof of purchase.
3. Visit our shop at SPORTSDEAL PJ @ DINK2 before your warranty ends. If you're at outstation or overseas then please ship the package to the below address:

4. Include a copy of your receipt in the parcel.
5. Once received the defective paddle, we will send to our manufacturer to proceed with further inspection.
6. You'll receive a confirmation within 2-4 weeks.

Note:

- Only paddles are eligible for warranty claims. 

- Any additional delivery / logistics cost is borne by the customer.

 

• In-store claims

1. Please bring your paddle with a valid receipt or proof of purchase to the respective branch.
2. You will be asked to fill in a warranty claim form.
3. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch.
